Getting Started

    Try the Demo

    Click the button above to explore a pre-configured workbench with example data.

    Upload Your Data

    Go to Assemblies in the main navigation to upload your genome files (GFF3, FASTA).

    Create an Account

    Click Sign Up in the top right corner to save your work and collaborate with teams.
